Erweitere IPN-Suggest um Bauteilbeschreibung.

Browse source 
Die Implementierung berücksichtigt nun zusätzlich die Bauteilbeschreibung zu maximal 150 Zeichen Länge für die Generierung von IPN-Vorschlägen und Inkrementen.
